Steyer: To be fair, I thought Secretary Clinton tried to bring up climate a number of times in the first debate. I think there’s absolutely no interest in talking about it from Mr. Trump. I think he realizes his denial is so stupid that people can’t take him seriously.
McKibben: — Which is a big change from last time around. Last time, neither [President Barack] Obama nor [2012 Republican nominee Mitt] Romney wanted to talk about it …. This time I think the Democrats would like to talk about it as much as possible.
