Anthony Duggleby


Anthony Duggleby, President and Chief Executive Officer of Katabatic Power, is a Canadian wind energy pioneer with several decades of construction experience in West Coast waters. In his previous role as COO of Sea Breeze Power Corp., Mr. Duggleby’s team received the first ever environmental permit for a wind farm in B.C. at the 450 MW Knob Hill Wind Farm; as the CEO of Sea Breeze Pacific Regional Transmission System, Inc., he oversaw the successful funding of the Juan de Fuca underwater HVDC Light cable project (an 1100 MW submarine transmission system linking Vancouver Island, B.C. to Washington State). Mr. Duggleby is a Marine Engineer and a Licensed Commercial Ship's Captain and was educated at Norwich University/Vermont College and licensed in British Columbia.
